Our reception is staffed throughout the day and will assist with any queries, messages or change of appointments. If you telephone outwith working hours you can leave a message on our answerphone for next day attention. If you have an appointment with us and you need to cancel it please give us plenty notice.
We endeavour to set aside a period every day for short notice emergency appointments. In order to run this service effectively, we would ask patients to telephone the practice for an emergency appointment as early in the day as possible rather than turn up in person. After hours ring the practice answerphone for access to our duty dentist, who will give advice and necessary treatment.
At your first visit a personal history will be taken followed by a full examination, x-ray etc. and discussion of any problems you may have. Close-up pictures of your teeth using our state-of-the-art intra-oral camera can show you explain our findings.
We can then decide jointly on a full treatment plan and provide you with a written quotation of the fees involved.
